About me…
I started practising yoga regularly when I became a parent - just for the opportunity to get out of the house and have some headspace! I’ve benefitted both physically and mentally from having a regular practice, and am so excited to be able to share this with others.
What you can expect in a class:
In my classes, you’ll focus on what’s happening in your body, and each week often brings a different anatomical theme. I believe that tuning into physical sensation can help us explore presence, awareness, and our own form of meditation.
You’ll be given the option to play with a new physical challenge, or to simply focus on moving and breathing with the music. Or a combination of both - it’s always up to you!
I want to make yoga accessible, welcoming and fun for everyone: so whatever stage you’re at in your yoga journey, come and explore movement in a way that feels good to you.
Looking forward to seeing you on the mat!
